What's Your Zodiac Compatibility?

So! I have decided to blog about Love and Astrology because those are two of my favorite topics to talk about-and I swear I’m a match-maker! Most of the time, I’m right about people. I’m usually a good judge of character and can size almost any situation up in minutes. I know a successful relationship from a really weak one. Regardless of what I’ve experienced in past relationships (all types), I know what it takes to maintain a healthy relationship/friendship with anyone. However, I still have more learning to do – it’s all a part of growing.

Some religious people who serve one God don’t like to get caught up in Astrology because they feel that conflicts with the God they believe in. According to some studies that I've read, the beginning of the Holy Bible, Genesis, Chapter 49 (in particular), the 12 tribes of Israel is supposed to correlate with the 12 Zodiac signs. The traits of each zodiac sign match the traits of each corresponding individual that made up that tribe. I will get into all of that another time though...

Right now I’m just gonna skim the surface with some zodiac facts and give you a little synopsis on the traits of each zodiac sign that I’ve studied and picked up along the way. You can either follow along to gain some understanding, or just skip to your sign cuz I know you wanna know lol...Some of these traits determine compatibility within other signs. Just keep in mind...just because you’re most compatible with another doesn’t mean a relationship with that person is going to work; and just because you’re least compatible doesn’t mean it can’t work. You have to take other things into consideration such as a person’s upbringing, what moon or planet signs, or cusps they were born under and their environment. I’m not going to get into moons, planets and cusps though-I’ll be here all day. I will talk briefly mention the other components of the Zodiac.

The 12 signs of the zodiac are broken down into several different groups.

I’m just going to mention three – the Elements, Dualities and Quadruplicities. The elements include, Fire, Air, Earth & Water signs. Fire signs are Aries, Leo and Sagittarius. Fire signs are energy boosters-very active and vibrant. The air signs, which are intellectual and communicative, are Gemini, Libra and Aquarius. Earth signs, which are more stable and “down to earth”, are Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn. Lastly, the most sensitive and emotional signs are the water signs- Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces.

The Dualities which are group into six signs are feminine and masculine.

Feminine signs include Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio, Capricorn and Pisces. Masculine signs are Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius, and Aquarius. I think that is self explanatory but if you still don’t get it just keep reading.

The Quadriplicities or quadrants are divided into three groups: Cardinal, Fixed, and Mutable. Cardinal signs represent dynamic change and movement.

Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorns are Cardinals. Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius are Fixed (in their ways lol). They represent stability and great willpower. The Mutable signs are Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces. These signs are the most adaptable in the zodiac. They can adapt to any situation or life condition. You can almost tell by some of the stuff I mentioned what signs are conflicting and which are more harmonious with one another.

As you read about the different signs you will notice a lot of them share same traits. Just keep in mind that every Aries or Sag isn’t going to be the same-but they most likely will have some of the same attributes. As I mentioned earlier, you have to take other things into consideration, like a Gemini being born on a Cancer cusp, may have some Cancer traits. Also, anyone can have any of the traits listed below…you can’t solely rely on just the zodiac sign. For example, if your parents let you get away with lying, then that’s probably why you’re a liar lol… but listed below are some general characteristics, positive and negative, of each sign and their compatibility.

Let’s start off with the beginning of the Zodiac…the Aries

ARIES (March 21 – April 19)

Fire. Masculine. Cardinal.

Aries are Bold, Daring, natural born leaders.  Very ambitious and goal-oriented from what I know. They are very demanding and love to take charge, therefore they need to be with passive people who are going to allow them to dominate (or let them think they’re in charge). But! They don’t need a pushover-they will keep it moving on that ass! They are also very upbeat, out-going and spontaneous people. There is never a dull moment around them.  They can also be very arrogant, blunt, rude, sarcastic...oh and short-tempered and hot-headed so watch out! Another downside is they can be very two-faced and spitfeful. Aside from that, they love challenges and will stand by anything they believe in. A great thing about Aries is that they are very loyal and passionate about anyone or anything they love.

Most Compatible with: Leo, Sagittarius, Gemini, Aquarius

Least Compatible with: Cancer, Virgo, Libra, Capricorn

Opposite: Libra

TAURUS (April 20 – May 20)

Earth. Feminine. Fixed.

Veryyy patient. Tooo slow. Won’t budge-because they’re stubborn people! It takes a while for a Taurus to open up and they usually take their time in love. They want to make sure you can live up to their standards and do more for them than they can do for you. Ladies, don’t dare pressure a Taurus man into anything like commitment. He is usually trying to feel you out and sometimes that takes years. He doesn’t mind being alone so ultimatums won’t work. You just have to figure out if you’re going to be just as patient as he is. The fastest way to get to his heart is through his belly-they love to eat. A Taurus man is also very loyal and loves being in long relationships. They are very passionate in love and can be very possessive as well. The women also love long relationships and may delve into a relationship faster than a Taurus man. When you’re with her she has to be the center of your world. She also has to realize it’s not all about her all the time. These people are very passionate and romantic but a Taurus man can be dull, boring, routine and stuck in his ways, however some are more outgoing then others. Taureans can be very materialistic but at the same time are conscious of their spending. They love money but most are very stingy with it.

GEMINI (May 21 – June 20)

Air. Masculine. Mutable.

Geminis are very fun people who love other fun people. There is never a dull moment around a Gemini-they hate boredom! They are very quick-minded and their interests shift by the minute so you have to know how to hold their attention (short-attention span). These are very fast-paced, on-the-go people so you need to be able to keep up or you will be left behind. They are very impatient and wait for no one! They are also very versatile which makes them the greatest multi-taskers you will ever meet in your life. They are good friends who you can always count on for good advice. Geminis are intellectual, clever, witty and expressive. They have BIG ideas that are larger than life. In order to keep up with this love interest you have to be very spontaneous and outgoing.  You also have to be as independent as them- they DO NOT like clingy or needy people. However! If you don’t show enough interest in them, they will be on to the next! You also have to allow them to open up on their own and come out of their shell - they hate feeling rushed. They also don’t like to feel obligated, trapped, or controlled by any thing or person. They must feel FREE in any relationship or they will rebel.

Least Compatible with: Virgo and Pisces

Opposite: Sagittarius

CANCER (June 21 – July 22)

Water. Feminine. Cardinal.

Cancer people are beautiful people but yet very crabby. They’re Overly-sensitive and emotional like a Pisces, which is why they are water signs. Always crying (especially the men). They think they have that tough skin or shell like a crab but they really don’t. They are very intuitive and can usually see right through a person’s bullshit. They can be very snappy, rude, indifferent...and the women can be very bitchy. However, you can always depend on a Cancer if they’re your true friend-they always have your back. They also can save their asses off because they are so damn cheap. I mean, they can reeeally stretch a dollar. So if you’re in a jam, you better believe they have the money to bail you out, even if they say they don’t. These people are also nurturers and loooove children and people despite their moodiness. They are very family oriented, sheltered and most likely to be married. They are natural home-bodies and couch potatoes lol...Cancers are also very sensitive and love hard so handle with care.

Least Compatible with: Aries and Libra

Opposite: Capricorn

LEO (July 23 – August 22)

Fire. Masculine. Fixed.

One word to describe a Leo: EXTRAVAGANT. These people always appear to be larger than life itself. They are very self-centered, love attention, and it has to be all about them. They are jealous like God! They have a very confident aura and you can tell by the way they enter a room with their “Kingly” strut. Leos have BIG hearts. They are very generous and BIG spenders. Sometimes their generosity is what makes people really love and appreciate them or take advantage of them. They love the lavish life as and are far from cheap with themselves. If they want it, they’re going to get it. They are also passionate and very affectionate in love. They are very exciting to be around and are usually the life of the party.  They are also natural born leaders-hence the Lion symbol. They are very STRONG in opinion and state opinions as facts. They think they know everythingggg and even when they’re wrong they don’t want to let you know they’re wrong because they have very BIG EGOS. Most Leos think they're Superior to everyone else around them-pay them no mind lol... Everything about a Leo will be Grandiose so you have to come to the table with ABUNDANCE! Get ready for the ride of your life!

VIRGO (August 23 – September 22)

Earth. Feminine. Mutable.

Hmmmm…lol  These people are very reserved and laid back. They rely heavily on standards and morals. They are very conscientious and careful about every move they make. This is how they choose their mate and friends. They size everyone up!  These people are very negative in nature.  They can’t help it though. They strive to be perfect and want you to be perfect too. If something is out of place they can’t ignore it. They have to point it out. The reason is because they are too analytical and critical, which is why they have difficulty maintaining long-term relationships.The crazy thing is when a  female Virgo is in a relationship with the wrong man, she find every excuse to hold on to him until she's ready to let go. But! the men are different-they will fire a woman quickly if she doesn't meet his "standards". Most Virgos are down to earth so they are good people to talk to and get advice from. They are also very kind-hearted once you get to know them and will do whatever for you. They are usually dedicated and helpful in anything that they do. They go hard for their loved ones-people like them are nice to have in your corner. When in love they are very sensual and passionate.

LIBRA (September 23 – October 22)

Air. Masculine. Cardinal.

Libras are one of the most easy-going people of the zodiac. They are social butterflies. They looove people which is why a lot of the men are unfaithful. Libras are very charming and can ease their way into the minds and hearts of others with very little effort. Since they are very keen listeners and talkative people, they often play the friend role to get close to others –and it works! A Libra man can get talk a girl out of her panties in less than 60 seconds. Talk about having the “gift for gab”, Libras definitely got that! They can have anyone they want. These are very manipulative people so watch out! Libra men are also known for being dishonest and unfaithful. In  general they are very active, free-spirited and giving. They love to please people. Some Libras suffer from low-self esteem because while busy trying to please everyone, they still feel inadequate-like they’re not “liked” enough. Behind closed doors they put themselves down a lot. Sometimes they feel like they’re not enough of anything. You won’t be able to tell because they are very confident in front of others. Libras are independent people but can also be very clingy and controlling with the one they’re in love with. They can be unemotional or too emotional and unstable.

SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)

These are very strong-willed, courageous bold people. They are proud leaders. They are very focused and usually know exactly what they want and most-likely will get it. If they weren’t so emotional they could pass for a fire sign. Scorpios can definitely survive in the wilderness. They are adaptable to their environment and fearless. Do not ever cross them! You will regret it. Scorpio people hold grudges and can be vengeful and will make you pay for your mistakes. Even 10 years later! On the flip side, they have a sensitive touch, they are passionate, loving, and loyal. Don’t mess with their loved ones! They are very over-protective of them and will do almost anything for them. Scorpios are also very intuitive and secretive so don’t pry or they will get defensive. They best way to get something out of a Scorpio is to not appear nosey. Just let them talk and don’t interrupt. Scorpios are also very jealous, controlling, and takes matters of the heart seriously. So if you don’t really want to be with them, don’t play games with them - they will hold it against you. Good or bad, they don’t forget anything anyone has ever done for them or to them. Lol

SAGITTARIUS (November 22 – December 21)

Crazy! Lol…just joking, they’re just a little hot-headed sometimes. They are also very energetic, fun-loving, affectionate people. They are free-spirited and independent so don’t try controlling them-it won’t work. They will run from you! Funny thing is-they are controlling themselves! Most Sagittarius men love women and may have a flock of them or just be in serial monogamous relationships. The women are free-spirited and get attached; if she does, it's nothing for her to walk out on a relationship that doesn't benefit her. Sagittarius people are open to new ideas, they enjoy good, in-depth conversations about life...the birds...the bees lol…you can talk to them about anything. They are very generous and everything is done in abundance. If they’re in love with you they will make sure you don’t ever want for nothing. They are family-oriented and loyal people as well. They can be very rude and blunt- they have sharp tongues but are no match for their opposite-the Gemini ;-). Sagittarius people can be very charming. If they were ever in love with you, they will never forget you (especially their first love), and may never get over you even 15 girlfriends or years down the line.

CAPRICORN (December 22-January 19)

Feminine. Earth. Cardinal.

Very private people. Very quiet and observant. You never really know what a Capricorn is thinking. They may appear dumb and blind but it’s just an act. They will play a sucker to catch a sucker. They are like chess players-very strategic when it comes to something that they want. They are opportunists. Capricorns are very reserved but also hard-working, dedicated people. Some rely heavily on morals and have no tolerance for slackness. They always look out for those closest to them. They have a hard exterior but they are soft and mushy on the inside. They are not usually that successful in relationships but they can maintain one for a very long time. A Cap will do just about anything for their lover. Most Capricorns like to dominate and take control on a relationship, especially in the bedroom. They love sex but a female Cap is not going for the hit-and-run crap. Also, don't ever betray a Cap, they will hardly ever forgive you-in life! They hold grudges for a long time. They are over-thinkers so they don’t forget a thing. Capricorns are also very materialistic which is why they get along well with the Taurus. They dress well, are adorned with jewels or makeup or some the finest things. Even their homes are up to par. These people seem boring to the active signs who like to be on-the-go, but they are usually very stable people to settle down and have a comfortable life with.

Okay, even though most Aquarians are against commitment, they can still be in meaningful, long-lasting relationships. They ARE capable of Loving. Aquarius people need lots of freedom to roam so they need to be with a person who is going to allow them to be free. They are very independent people so they do not mind being alone.They get tired of people quickly. The best way to hold their attention is to switch up and be just as spontaneous and fun as them. Also, don’t nag them-they will hate you for it. They are good providers and love family but can’t feel tied down. However, the women don't mind being domestic. Aquarians are very social and have to be in contact with lots of people. Even though they are friendly with just about everyone (too friendly), they have very few close friends.  The personality of an Aquarius is very unpredictable so when they get into one of their moods where they don’t want to bothered, you just have to let them be. They can be cold, unemotional and detached. If you’re a person who needs to be the center of attention all the time or you’re just clingy, Aquarius is not the match for you. They stand out from the rest because they posess a trait from each zodiac sign.  They have a different sense of style and like to do things their way-they are creative and innovative. They're also very annoying at times(in a playful way) and get annoyed easily too, which is why I don’t see why they would want to annoy anyone. They also can't hold water-they don't know when it's time to shut up sometimes lol. You will get a lot of good laughs from them though. They love mental games and do things just for the thrill of it!

PISCES (February 19 –March 20)

Well everyone knows about them. Two words: Big Baby. When things don’t go their way they have a fit. They are confusing. They can dish it but can’t take it. They are very rude but their feelings hurt very easily. They are touched by every little thing. You have to sometimes walk on eggshells with them which is too much responsibility for a fire or air sign.These people are moody and flip-floppy, like fish. Like Libras, some come off as self-confident but lack self-esteem sometimes. You have to constantly compliment them and tell them how good they are in this and that. They need approval from others. On the flipside, they are usually happy-go-lucky people. Pisces are the go-with-the-flow type of people. They are kind-hearted and sympathetic individuals so you can always share your problems with them and they will not judge. They also have great instincts and can see through any person or situation. They are sharp so there is no bs'ing them either. They are caring and fall in love easily-but they can’t be tied down. They seem to like mysterious or untouchable people that aren’t as easy to keep. They are natural Romantics who aim to please. If a Pisces loves you, you can get anything you want from them-and they’re cheap.

How To Keep those $$$ in Your Pocketbooks!

Everyone knows most of us women love to shop. We just love new things. From new curtains to new shoes to a new car, we just gotta have it! Now it’s okay to enjoy your money but some of us get caught up with some really bad spending habits. Some of us end up living beyond our means because we’re trying to impress others. Why? You know you’re not about that life. Knock it off already! For those who are about that life, it’s cool to splurge just make sure you have twice as much coming in than you have going out.

I can give you the old “Deduct 10% for savings, pay your bills then do what you want with the rest” rule, but why not help you save even more with some smart tips. Then maybe you can go on that vacation you always wanted to go on or pay back some of the people you owe.

Now this may not solve all of your financial problems but it’s a start:

1. Stop Feeling Obligated to Attend Every Single Event.
If you can’t make it, you just can’t make it. You are only one person and it’s impossible to please everyone. Sometimes you have to say, “I’m sorry but I can’t make it this time.” They will understand and you should also understand when a people can’t always make your events.

2. Stop Over-compensating.
Stop being so damn nice all the time. Doing great things for other people is very noble of you but as I mentioned before, you cannot please everyone. You don’t always have to go so hard buying expensive gifts for everyone, especially if your money is looking funny. Half of those people aren’t even appreciative of your kindness, especially the ones who will never return the gesture. You shouldn’t just give to receive but if you find yourself always giving to a person who is selfish, chances are it will be long before that person learns the act of giving. Cut them off. They’ll learn then.

3. Learn to say “NO” to Nagging Kids and Borrowers
Don’t feel guilty about it either. Kids will milk you if you let them. They have to learn that they can’t always have every single thing they ask for. They need to learn the value of a dollar and how to earn it. So make them work for it and save their own money to get what they want. Now for our good ole borrowing friends, we gotta tell them no. Most of the time, they get themselves in the same rut time and time again. When will they ever get it together? You’re not helping by loaning. Also, if you can’t replace what was borrowed(like if they couldn't give you back your money), then you shouldn’t be lending anything out. If they can’t get a loan from a bank, that should tell you something.

4. Shop Wisely for Your Wardrobe
First of all, you should definitely shop on a per season basis even keeping special events in mind. Unless you’re about that life, refrain from buying every hot, trendy piece of clothing, bag or shoe. Stick to something fashionable but more on the Classic side. Quality is also very important because then your articles are longer lasting. Chances are those same articles won’t get played out and can be worn a decade later. Think about it. How long have people been rocking Polo shirts and Air Force 1s? Those are classics that never go out of style.

5. Look for Discounts
Whether it’s clothing, car insurance, plane tickets, college, whatever it may be, look for some type bargain. If you’re shopping online, Google promo codes for whatever company you’re shopping with and enter that code when it’s time to check out. Look, most of the things you buy are marked down after 2 weeks anyway. Things don’t stay the same price for that long anymore. Besides why spend $1000 on something that it costs $5 to make??? Or why pay more than you have to pay for anything? Taking advantage of “Work Perks” also help you save extra bucks that you will be saving to go towards something more useful and worthwhile.

6. Get Rid of that 3-for-1 Cable Bill
Why do you still have that? First over all, unless there is no other person with a cell phone living with you, you really don’t need a back-up phone. You’re probably never home anyway. If you are, then get rid of one of those bills. Also, why do you still have movie channels? The same bullshit movies come on every day. Are you serious? Get Netflix or buy the DVD or BluRay and watch those movies forever.

7. Make a Grocery List and Stick to It!
When you so that you save more. Most of the time when we go grocery shopping, we forget what we came to buy and end up buying unnecessary things anyway. Bring a list. Stick to the script. Also, it’s helpful to buy in bulk, so that you don’t have to go back for another 2-3 months. Stores like BJay’s, Costco’s, Sam’s Club are great places to buy bulk items. Just make sure you check those expiration dates on the food!

8. Cook Your Meals and Bring Your Lunch to Work!
Do you have to eat out everyday? How do you know the chef didn't scratch his crotches and touch your food? Stop being lazy! Get your butt in that kitchen and cook something. If you don't know how to cook, get a cookbook or ask your friends and family for some direction. You can save a whole lot by buying your own food and cooking it. You can even eat it more than once so you're really getting your money's worth. Plus, you know your food is clean and handled with care. Lol

9. Monitor Your Ones!
Those little late fees that you incur from your cable bill and withdrawing from the ATM, add up! You know what could’ve done with that?? Lol...we gotta stop being careless. Keeping cash handy, checking your statements, and NOT being so much of a “Swiper” can help reduce those fees. You should be also using debit/credit cards with cash back, mileage or any rewards programs.

10. Plan Ahead!
Planning ahead allows you to foresee your finances. If you plan a vacation ahead of time you get a cheaper flight. You have time to compare hotel rates and you won’t be stuck picking up just any ole thing right before your vacay. If you plan a birthday party well ahead of time, you can look through different online sites, enter those promo codes I told you about, look for wholesale prices, and still come out with an extravagant party! Planning ahead prevents you from overspending! Get used to it!

11. Avoid Impulse Spending & Retail Therapy
That is the best way to be Broke! This is nothing but instant gratification. You buy all that stuff because you just had to have it or it made you feel better then you get home, and realize you didn’t even write your grocery list!

12. Stop Living Beyond Your Means!
I cannot stress this enough. Just because your high-rolling ass friends got it don't mean you gotta run and get it too. Again. You are not about that life. Wait your turn. There's nothing worse than a fly, broke chick. The only one who feels it is you. Besides, wearing expensive things or driving the most expensive car or having the latest electronics doesn't make you fly. Being fly is about creativity...individualism..style. That doesn't come with a price tag. Being fly is the ability to put anything together and make it look Great! I've seen people rock the most expensive gear and still look wack! So please be yourself. Stay in your lane and go with speed you know best.

Which Crazy Employee Are You??

If it weren’t for some of you, the world would be a better place but it would also be very boring… In every workplace, you will find the same types of people and I believe I have met all of them. I can walk into an office and within a half-hour have everyone scoped out.

So! Which one of these people do you work with? Are you any one of these people? Don’t lie either!

The Work Boo:
Just about everyone has had one of these! You two like one another, flirt with each other, buy each other lunch and may even go out after work. You text each other all day long and be very annoying to others around you. Everyone thinks they’re sleeping together because they act like Siamese twins. You may even become a target of someone's jealousy if you're always hanging out with a person who someone else likes. I mean do you have to sit together in meetings, luncheons, and office parties? I mean, really. Also, keep in mind –Work Boos are for work purposes only. So once you sleep with each other-Game Over!

The Ladies Man:
He is usually very good looking, confident, dresses well, has a charming personality…I mean his swag is like on 100 million! Lol …He’s very favored and praised on the job and can get away with almost anything. Almost all the ladies on the job flirt with him and are head over heels for him. He knows this so he will try his luck with all of them! He’s smooth because the ladies know he sleeps around and they don’t care. They want to be added to his roster too! Lol all I can say is- don’t get caught!

The Perfectionist:
They can never be wrong. They make sure all their “T’s” are crossed and “I’s” dotted. They absolutely hate to mess up. They analyze their work and the work of others very carefully, which is why they’re usually favored and most likely to succeed. They can be very direct, to the point, and blunt. They come off very rude so they may be disliked by others. And if you’re one of those lazy or half-assed employees they may come off very condescending to you. They follow protocol and procedures to a “T” and if they feel as if you’re not doing your job they will not hesitate to “throw you under the bus”. . But! There is always that one person who catches them slipping and ooh does that piss them off! Ha Ha!

The Kiss-Ass:
Everyone hates a Kiss-Ass. Even the ones who's getting their ass kissed by this individual. They just agree with any and everything you do or say. This type is sooo phonyyyyy! You will usually find them type in the supervisor’s office reporting everything that their peers do. This person is usually a snitch and will also throw people under the bus to gain approval from their superiors. This person will also kiss their coworker’s ass and try to be best friends the first day you meet them. They have a dire need to be liked by everyone around them and clearly has some serious self-esteem issues. My advice: Dr. Jeff Gardere (from Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta).

The Know-It-All:
***Sighs very loudly*** This person is absolutely impossible to train since they never shut up long enough for you to finish your sentence. They will cut you off thinking they know what you’re thinking or what you’re going to say next. No!! You’re wrong! Just be quiet and you might just learn something. This person is usually very argumentative or confrontational, narrow-minded and has a hard time grasping concepts. Because they know it all, they will usually do thing their way which almost always against protocol until they get “put in their respective place”. You have to talk to these people like children. Like this: “I. am. Speaking. Right. Now. You. Will. Get. Your . Turn. Once. I’m. Done. Okay?”

The Clown:
How could we not love this person? The office clown is usually a male and they are really needed in the workplace. They have a great sense of humor so they lighten the place up. They give the place some balance because we work around difficult people all day. They always have jokes and they are usually like by everyone. Sometimes they can be sarcastic-funny because they know they can get away with it. Beware of the clown who thinks they can say any and everything to anyone. These people will pass a slick comment off as a joke. As soon as you catch it-shut ‘em down immediately! Otherwise, keep laughing! LOL

The Fake Boss:
***Sighs very loudly*** again. Just have a seat please. These people can be very helpful because they really do know their stuff but they can also be incredibly annoying. They are always checking up on others to make sure they arrive to work on time, clocking out for lunch at an appropriate time, coming back from lunch on time, if you’re actually doing your work or socializing. They give orders and assignments like they run the show. Sometimes they even make up their own rules until you confirm with management. This is the type that may turn into a tyrant if they actually do become your boss. You do not want this person becoming your real boss! These people need to be shut down in a polite, matter-of-factly manner.

The Sour Puss:
Dontcha just wanna say, “Shut up with all that damn crying?’ These people are big babies who complain about everything- and it is usually a woman. Everything is always a damn problem with these people. They are not happy and don’t want to see others happy either. They always have something to negative to say and are some real “mood dampeners” and really know how to spoil your mood if you let them. They really act as if the world is coming to an end! This is why we need the office clowns! Avoid these sour pusses and block them out if you can’t cheer them up. Just whatever you do, don’t let that energy suck the life out of you!

The Office Bitch:
No one like this bitch–and I mean no one! If she ends up being your supervisor you’re in big trouble because you will get written up ‘till there aren’t any trees left to produce paper! This type usually comes to work with an attitude just about every day. She is hostile, jealous, and spiteful. This is the type who will try to embarrass you in front of others. She will condemn you every chance she gets. People like this thrive off of making others feel inferior. This person will steal your work and put their name on it! This can also be a male. We know we have some bitchassness coming from the males too but I’m not gonna get into that today! A good way to get back at an Office Bitch is by killing them with kindness, and unveiling their faults in a very professional manner. Don’t bother fighting fire with fire because they live for the drama! Also it just may work against you.

The Victim:
Please spare me. “Everyone is always doing something wrong to me. If I messed up it’s their fault because they didn’t explain it correctly. They wanted me to mess up. I never do or say anything wrong to these people. People are mean to me every day!” Sound like somebody you know? Everything with this person is so negative. These people will report you if they feel threatened by you. If you say "Hi" to them the wrong way, they think you have a problem with them. They blame people for stealing their work or for all their downfalls. This type is usually the most ineffective in the workplace. They think the entire world is against them so they spend less time focusing and too much time protecting themselves from I don’t know what?? If you can’t make them feel comfortable, just stay far away from these delusional people!

And Lastly, The Wanksta:
This employee obviously has a point to prove. They have probably been mistreated all their lives so now they want to come to work like they're the Big Bad Wolf. They know they can't really do nothing to you and most likely they won't! They come to work talking about how dangerous they can be when in reality they're just pathetic little lames. This type has a major complex and anything a person says or does that seems the least bit offensive, sets them off! These people are really harmless. All Bark, No Bite. Just extremely defensive and hiding behind a mask. I wouldn't even be worried if I were you! Chile please!

Black on Black Love

So! I was reading an article from Bossip about Black men who were never seen with a Black woman. Then I see a picture of Tiger Woods and his ex-wife.
Then I read the comments and saw this: As a white man, this topic always bothers me, because it really seems racist for black women to "demand" that black men should date black women. I say, what's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander -- y'all black ladies should find yourselves a good white man and say to hell with the rest!
I couldn't agree with him more!
What is the big deal?! Is there that much of a difference in culture that people should just "stick with their own kind"? Or is it the thought process of the Black man who dates outside his race? True love has nothing to do with race or color but I have heard some disturbing comments from Black men like, "Black girls always got a attitude!!"
I'm like "well damn what woman doesn't have an attitude?" Whether its positive or negative it's still an attitude!
As a woman I can admit- we are allll catty Lol...some people just handle things a little differently than others. Sometimes it is a cultural thing but that doesn't mean one should generalize a woman's attitude based on her race. You can miss out on the love of your life thinking that way!
And women-Black women to be exact Lol, get over yourselves! If he doesn't want you due to his delusional ideas about Black woman, then he isn't for you anyway! And if you ask me he has an even deeper issue within himself.

About "No Boys Allowed"

If you see something on this page that says "No Boys Allowed", you're on the right page. My blog will primarily discuss views of women in every aspect and walk of life. This is not a male-bashing page or lesbian page.
